About the role

The Early Childhood Educator is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of high quality, innovative and inclusive early childhood education programs.

The Early Childhood Educator will contribute as required to the development, implementation and documentation of safe and developmentally appropriate education programs for each child.  The position will work as part of a team to ensure kindergarten operations comply with relevant legislation, regulations, policy and procedure including direct supervision of children and the creation and maintenance of a safe and healthy kindergarten environment.

To be considered for these vacancies, you must possess the following

  • A minimum of certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s’ Education and Care Quality Authority – ACECQA)
  • Experience working within an early childhood education setting
  • A current HLTAID004 First Aid certificate including annually updated CPR certificate
  • A current Working with Children check and a satisfactory criminal history with a willingness to complete a National Police Check

About the role:

The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for the development and implementation of high quality, innovative and inclusive early childhood education programs.

The Early Childhood Teacher will develop, implement, evaluate and document safe and developmentally appropriate education programs for each child whilst ensuring kindergarten operations comply with relevant legislation, regulations, policy and procedure.
In addition to the above, this role will be appointed the Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader at the Grovedale Kindergarten. Experience coordinating the day to day operations of a Kindergarten and leading a team of co-educators is highly regarded.

Hours required:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA and suitable pursuant to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011.)
  • VIT Registration
  • Current HLTAID004 First Aid certificate including annually updated CPR certificate
